Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship and deliver each order within the agreed timeline. An estimated shipment and delivery date (or date range) will appear in your order after you have placed your order. However, the shipment and delivery may vary subject to the availability and capacity of the third-party courier service, including but not limited to, the carrier shipping and delivering practices, delivery location, method of delivery and ordered Product. Order may ship and deliver to you in separate shipments, if required.

We shall not be responsible for any loss or liability; or any costs and expenses thereof incurred suffered by you as a result of delay in shipping and delivery. We may leave you a card informing you to contact the third-party courier service to re-delivery; or to self-pick up the order should you not be available upon the shipment and delivery date.

If your order was placed with merchants, the shipping and delivery timelines will vary. You may have to contact the respective merchants for the shipping details. However, you may contact our Customer Service at [email protected] with your tracking ID, we will handle any questions about shipping and delivery on your behalf.

Order Tracking

After an order has shipped and delivered, you can track your order via the tracking ID. You can find the tracking information in the confirmation email the order has been shipped and delivered. We advise you to store and keep the receipt of your order.
